Sara’s professional career as a nurse originated in Anaesthetics with a passion for pain management. This led to what she refers to her rabbit hole interests in psychology and alternative/complementary therapies. Sara commissioned into the QARANC (Army) and this opened a world of opportunities and new skills. On leaving the Army she switched to including teaching at university alongside her clinical roles. Sara completed her MA Education in 2020 alongside her full-time role lecturing at UoP and working clinically in primary healthcare. Sara is a EMCC UK and Global registered coach at Master level, Sara has not only coached for 11 years she teaches coaching and leadership at the University of Plymouth. Her biography includes developing coaching into the nurse education curriculum.
