I will be offering three consecutive workshops 3rd/10th/17th April 2025– Thursday 09:30 – 12:30 that follow a theme of the senses and introducing complementary therapies. Watch out for further posts that may entice you to join us. Each workshop is priced at £20 and includes all materials.
The location is Stuart House, Barras Street, Liskeard. Parking is nearby in Westbourne Council Car Park.

Exploring complementary therapies through the senses.
Registered Nurse, Clinical Aromatherapist Sara B Hawkins will facilitate classes that support you to learn more about using complementary therapies. Based on 30 years experience.
We explore what therapies we can do to ourselves. Where to find useful information, ingredients and simple recipes to take home.
Each workshop will follow the theme of our senses and ultimately making our own informed choices.

Workshops are based upon a theme of how we can use complementary therapies in line with our senses.
Smell – Essential Oils, perfumes or herbs provide a range of smells that delight or deter. As a Clinical Aromatherapist Sara is able to guide you towards some excellent reading material to help you choose the right smells to use in the home.

How can we calm our brain waves? Imagine the faster and higher our brainwaves are moving this reflects the alert state our brain is in. Imagine if our heart was beating as fast.
We will explore a few simple methods of how we might take control of our brain and see how it could work.
