I often get asked what type of coaching do you do? I should have come up with a short and snappy answer by now, but I have not, I believe that each coaching session is unique to the indvidual and I try my best to adapt to each individual who contacts me. We are all unique, creating a pattern of our lives that sometimes appears to be mapped for us and at other times we can feel like we are adrift in a rowing boat amongst mountainous waves.

Coaching can provide you with insight into your own skills, I believe it is important to discuss your strengths and allow you to draw upon these abilities to get you smooth sailing again. Signing up for coaching at the Dandelion Moon, is a unique development opportunity, clients are able to choose from additional holistic therapies that complement their needs, helping you to destress and refocus on living your best life.
Being heard and supported
Some coaching clients come because they need help, they might need to be listened to without prejudice. Coaching conversations provide a supportive environment that allows you to review your current position and offers you a selection of ideas and tools that could help you with goal setting, or support you in making the choices that are appropriate to your life.

Help with gaining structure and control
The integral part of coaching is listening, and allowing the client to talk. Life can often throw us some curve balls, utilising the services of a coach can help gain a clear view point on what it is that you really want to do. At the end of a session you may choose to do nothing, but that is your choice. Coaching is not set up to tell you what to do. It is a means that provides a supportive environment and agrees targets if you appreciate additional structure.

Take a moment to review our coaching services, if you would prefer a bespoke session that is not listed please do ask. The Dandelion Moon also provides short courses with a graded price structure.
